Selection Procedure for new candidates willing to join Best Coder Software Team --
1. Initial HR Round / First Screening (10-20Min.)
2. Written Test of Technologies applied plus GA Test (written object type) (3-4hr)
3. Technical Interview (15 min to 1hr )
4. Machine Test (1hr to 4hr)
5. Final HR round and you are done. (max 30min)
Max - 3 days, Final Decision starts from day 1 to until vacancy closed depending on candidate ability to prove themselves.
